The upper rear windshield is made from ¼” thick (not 3/16” or 1/8”) clear polycarbonate, making it the strongest and most durable rear window on the market. Unlike some of the other rear windows on the market, Trail Armor’s Rear Window Dust Shield has a UV protective coating on the exterior of the window to inhibit yellowing. Additionally, instead of just fitting between the roll cage bars (leaving sizable gaps between the shield and the bars), Trail Armor’s Rear Window Dust Shield kit overlays the roll cage bars for a professional, tight fit as a cab back – essential when used as part of a full cab enclosure for those winter rides - and will not interfere with hard or soft tops. Strategically placed bulb seal limits vibration and rattling on the trail. Rear window does not interfere with bed function. Like all Trail Armor windshields, skids and debris shields, this Rear Window Dust Shield is cut with a CNC 5-axis router to ensure a smooth-edged, accurately cut product every time.
