UTV Pros – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through UTV Pros / The UTV Pros. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Return eligibility and deadlines
We offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, returns are not accepted for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:

Item is brand new, unused, and never installed

Item is clean and undamaged, with no scratches, scuffs, dirt, or signs of use

All original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, hardware, and accessories are included and in resalable condition

You can provide the receipt or proof of purchase
If any of these conditions are not met, the return may be refused or a higher restocking fee may be applied (up to 50%) at our sole discretion.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

2. Restocking fees and shipping costs
To protect our business from unnecessary returns and loss of product value:

All approved, non‑defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the product price.

Items returned incomplete, missing packaging or components, or showing any use may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% or be refused entirely, at our discretion.

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non‑defective returns (wrong item ordered, changed mind, fitment error, etc.).
If we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, the cost of the label (and any additional carrier fees) will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In cases where UTV Pros or the manufacturer is clearly at fault, we may, at our discretion:

Provide a prepaid return label

Send a replacement part

Issue a refund or store credit
Shipping damage claims may need to be filed directly with the carrier before we can exchange or refund an order.
4. Non‑returnable items (final sale)
For your safety and to protect product integrity, the following items are not returnable under any circumstances, unless required by law:

Electrical or electronic components

Custom, special‑order, or made‑to‑order products

Seats, cages, and other large custom‑fabricated items

Installed, mounted, modified, or used parts

Items marked “Final Sale,” “Closeout,” or “Non‑Returnable”

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
We also do not accept returns on gift cards. If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before ordering.
5. Fitment and ordering responsibility
You are responsible for verifying fitment, compatibility, and application (year, make, model, trim, and any special notes) before purchasing.
UTV Pros is not responsible for:

Incorrect part selection due to wrong vehicle info

Misreading or overlooking fitment notes on product pages

Additional costs related to incorrect orders (labor, downtime, consequential damage, etc.)
Returns due to incorrect ordering or change of mind are treated as standard returns and subject to the restocking fees and shipping rules above.
6. Address accuracy and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Reshipping fees or losses caused by address errors, missing information, or refused deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer; UTV Pros is not liable for theft, loss, or damage after confirmed delivery.
We strongly recommend shipping to secure locations and using tracking/insurance where appropriate.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are handled as new orders, and returns are processed according to this policy.
In some cases, and only at our discretion, we may offer a direct exchange; all shipping costs for exchanges are typically the customer’s responsibility.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or denied. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Any applicable restocking fee, original shipping cost, and prepaid return label charges will be deducted

Banks and card issuers may take up to 10–15 business days to post the refund to your account
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at parts@theutvpros.com.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
By purchasing from UTV Pros, you agree to contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or external payment dispute.
Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may be contested with documentation of this policy, your order, and our communications, and may include recovery of product value, shipping, fees, and associated costs where permitted by law.
