Custom UTV Fabrication in Hurricane, Utah
Bring UTV Pros the machine you have and tell us what you need it to do. We fabricate parts around your side-by-side, from a custom cage or spare tire carrier to the chassis and driveline changes that go into a wheelbase stretch. Our Hurricane shop builds for desert racing and technical rock crawling, with nearby Sand Hollow as a place to put completed projects on the rocks.

What We Fabricate
- Cages and chassis modifications: Custom cage layouts, wheelbase stretches, and mount changes fitted to the vehicle and its intended use.
- Race car packaging: Full custom chassis, bumpers, spare tire carriers, and aluminum cockpit panels built around the occupants and equipment.
- Supporting parts: Driveline, skid plate, and wiring changes to accommodate a modified chassis.
Michael Lee’s Polaris RZR Pro R Race Car
Michael Lee brought us a 2025 Polaris RZR Pro R to prepare for King of the Hammers, where the same car has to run fast in the desert and work through slow, technical rock sections. UTV Pros handled most of the fabrication, including the cage, front bumper, spare tire carrier, and aluminum work. The floor panels and center console were shaped around the race cockpit, and the rear carrier gave the spare a dedicated place on the car. Michael and his co-driver took it to Sand Hollow for its first shakedown.

UTV Pros RS1.5 Stretched Rock Crawler
We stretched the single-seat Polaris RZR RS1 by 20 inches, taking its wheelbase from 83 to 103 inches. The stretch called for a custom cage, driveline, and skid plate, plus an extended wiring loom. We also raised the rear trailing-arm mount to help it clear rocks. The finished RS1.5 pairs HCR long-travel suspension and 37-inch Maxxis Roxxzilla tires with lower transmission gearing. The center seat lets the driver see both front tires when picking a line.
