    The sealed shroud forces all incoming air directly through the intercooler core instead of around it, which means cooler charge temps, more consistent power, and way less heat fade on long rides. Pair that with RPM’s brushless fan known for its efficiency, durability, and huge airflow. And you get a cooling package built for desert riding, hard pulls, dunes, and high boost builds.

    It’s a direct bolt-on upgrade designed specifically for 2020–2026 X3 models, using OEM mounting points and a plug-and-play harness. No cutting. No wiring headaches. Just cooler temps every time you step on it.

    Whether you're ready to upgrade or are converting your base model, this X3 intercooler shroud and Brushless Fan Upgrade kit simply works harder for less.  Less overall amperage draw, less amperage spikes, less strain on the charging system, cooler intake temps, more CFM, and NO air leaks between the intercooler and shroud.  The brushless fan itself draws more air than the OEM fan, but we didn't stop there! Unlike others and the OEM shroud, RPM has completely sealed the intercooler to the shroud allowing the fan to draw air through the intercooler and ONLY through the intercooler.  Pair this with our 10" 10 blade fan and you have enough air moving across your intercooler to cause a winter weather advisory! Included is all necessary hardware.  Mounting is straightforward and acts as a OEM replacement, drop in unit.
