Polaris Xpedition Front Grille
Our Grille for the Polaris Xpedition will make your machine stand out from the rest. Our grille fits in the same location as the stock grille and comes standard with our 3 layer hexagon pattern. This grille comes assembled and ready to be installed. We used three separate pieces, each powder coated factory Polaris colors. Each layer is CNC laser cut from .063'' thick aluminum and bent to match the factory body style. The outside and rear ring are colored to accent the middle black ring. This combination gives the front end of your machine the attention it deserves.
We will provide install directions when the grill is shipped. You will need to cut the existing mesh off your current grill and will need to reuse the factory locking tabs that hold your grill in place. This is roughly a 30 minute install.
