Our RUGGED Polaris Xpedition Spare Tire Carrier is a great way to bring your spare tire on the trail while still able to utilize the bed. If you don't want to bring your spare tire this rack is also great to carrier your gear for that weekend getaway. Our Spare Tire Carrier / Bed Rack offers many different tie down locations to be able to strap down your tire or cargo for that weekend getaway.
The top rack is roughly 30" deep by 51" wide and easily able to hold a 32" tire. This Rack is designed to work with most 12V electric coolers and has roughly 19.5" of clearance between the bed and bottom lip of the rack. This cargo rack is a 3 piece design that is designed to take the abuse that you give your machine. Our upright legs are bent into a "C" for the most strength and then fully welded. The sides of the top rack are also bent into a "C" for optimal strength and welded fully. We also add internal bracing to the top rack so you can carry anything you would like on this rack and not need to worry about the rack failing.
We have spent many hours designing this rack and added the necessary support and bracing for a very rugged and strong rack. This is CNC laser cut from .125" thick aluminum and then CNC bent for a perfect fit. We then weld all seems and give it our mild texture powder coat for a lasting finish.
You are able to order this rack with or without the lights in the rear of the rack. If you do not want the lights the rack comes standard with our hexagon inserts to fill the voids of the light holes. If you order the lights we supply all the wiring to hook your lights into the pulse bar in the front of the machine. You are also able to select if you want our spare tire strap that is able to hook onto this rack to hold your spare tire. Please select the options below.
