Shipping Policy – UTV Pros

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by UTV Pros / The UTV Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Order processing times
We aim to process and ship most in‑stock orders within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor, which can affect processing and transit times. In those cases, tracking will be provided as soon as it is available from our partner.
If an item is backordered or otherwise delayed, we will contact you with an updated estimated ship date.
2. Shipping methods and carriers
We typically ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers for oversized items, depending on the size and destination of your order. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Large or oversized items (such as cages, bumpers, and some tires/wheels) may ship via LTL freight and require an adult present at delivery.
3. Shipping rates and estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and selected service.
For larger or oversized items, shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates. We do our best to provide accurate rates, but freight and oversized shipping costs can change due to carrier surcharges, fuel adjustments, and destination specifics that are outside our control.
If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the estimate, we may contact you before shipment to collect the difference or discuss options. If you choose not to proceed, your order for that item may be canceled and refunded.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable except where required by law or when we are clearly at fault (for example, wrong item shipped).
4. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations may be limited or subject to additional charges and longer transit times; if applicable, we will contact you with details.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized or freight orders.
5. Order tracking
When your order ships, we will provide tracking information as soon as possible via email (or your chosen contact method), once it is available from the carrier or drop‑ship partner. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier picks up the package.
6. Delivery times and delays
Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by:

We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control, but we will assist you in working with the carrier or partner where possible.
7. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional charges or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, forwarding, or refusal of delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
If you realize there is an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
8. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. UTV Pros is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

We may ask you to file a claim with the carrier, and we will help where we can
Claims for shipping damage or shortages must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
9. Freight shipments and oversized items
For freight/LTL deliveries (large items such as cages, bumpers, big tire/wheel kits):

You may be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment

An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment

Before signing, inspect for visible damage; note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos
If significant damage is present, you may refuse the shipment and contact us immediately so we can assist.
10. Changes and cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already entered processing or have shipped may not be cancelable, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
