Can-Am Maverick X3 Magnus 3" Turbo Full Back Exhaust System

Evolution Powersports is proud to add the X3 MAGNUS exhaust systems to our already formidable exhaust arsenal for 2017-and-up Maverick X3 models. Big Turbo Maverick X3's making 250-500 horsepower is the new trend. To achieve this kind of power, exhaust back pressure must be minimized. Back pressure in the exhaust system after the turbocharger directly limits maximum engine power. The full 3" CNC mandrel bent piping and large muffler internal pathway maximizes the exhaust gas flow and therefore power. The X3 MAGNUS Exhaust Systems are hand crafted in our Arizona manufacturing facility from TIG welded 304 stainless. The race bypass turbo pipe utilizes our proprietary 'chain mail' flex bellow which has been developed specifically for the rigorous off-road environment and the extreme heat produced by a big power turbo engine.

Most racers and customers want a good looking exhaust that is not obnoxiously loud. Here EVP delivers on both fronts. The brushed stainless MAGNUS is big and beefy with an EVP and signature heat shield and a massive 4.5' tip. The EVP custom built muffler was designed specifically for the X3, making the exhaust note the perfect blend of sound without being excessively loud.

TWO OPTIONS FOR ORDERING

KEEP REAR VALENCE (INCLUDES BLOCK-OFF PLATE): This Magnus with included Rear Block-Off Plate is designed to work with the OEM rear valence. The block-off plate covers the OEM exhaust exit and features a black powder-coated finish with included Brushed Stainless (can easily be custom powder-coated by customer) rear accent pieces to make the EVP laser-cut logo pop. 

DELETE REAR VALENCE (INCLUDES HEAT SHIELD): If the customer does not care to keep their valence, the exhaust will have a signature EVP heat shield mounted to the back of the exhaust can. The heat shield is powder-coated in black with the option to powder coat in a different color by the customer.
