If you’re pushing boost on your Maverick X3, the stock plastic charge tube is one of the first weak points to go. The RPM Wire Reinforced Silicone Charge Tube fixes that problem with a heavy-duty, high-flow design that stays locked in, keeps its shape, and holds boost no matter how hard you ride.
Unlike basic silicone tubes, this one features internal wire reinforcement, meaning it won’t balloon, collapse, or deform under high heat or high boost. The multi-layer silicone construction provides smoother airflow from the turbo to the intercooler, improving throttle response and helping your turbo spool faster. RPM also includes stainless T-bolt clamps for a rock-solid, leak-free seal.
This is the perfect upgrade for tuned X3s, high-heat riding, or anyone who wants to eliminate the factory tube before it cracks.
We took the industry's best silicone charge tube for the turbo X3 platforms and made it even better! As machines got even faster, an boost levels and HP increased we discovered that our 4ply silicone chare tubes were going to meet their limits in these very high large turbo cars. With that we designed, tested, and now offer a 5PLY Wire Reinforced Silicone charge tube for the X3 R & RR platforms!
This replaces the factory oblong tubes with kinks in them with our durable wire reinforced 5Ply silicone heat resistant, burst resistant hose. The smooth free flowing design reduces turbulence while increasing airflow efficiency. We have added a boost reference port for boost controller or any boost activated accessory along with a 25mm BOV port. Stainless T-bolt clamps for the throttle body, intercooler, and turbo are included! Every charge tube kit comes with our billet/stainless boost reference port for your air box/plenum should you decide to add our Blow Off Valve kit!
