Polaris RZR XP (2024+) Full Exhaust System

Built for riders who want more than a slip on upgrade, this full system replaces the factory head and mid pipes to improve exhaust flow, throttle response, acceleration, horsepower, and torque.

Trinity Racing builds this system with 304 brushed stainless steel head and mid pipes, dual aluminum mufflers, TIG welded construction, billet aluminum muffler brackets, billet machined exhaust tips, an oxygen sensor bung, and USFS approved spark arrestors. It delivers an aggressive race inspired exhaust tone while keeping the durability needed for hard trail, desert, and dune use. Trinity notes this full system requires a flash tune.
