When you're behind the wheel of a Polaris Xpedition, you have the amazing comforts of AC, Heat and out of the elements. You expect nothing but the best. That's why we built this kit to take your Xpediton to the next level with strength and performance in mind. Constructed from high-strength steel, this kit was engineered to give you more comfort and stability on the trail or in the dunes. Featuring our signature internal and external gusseting, each component is hand TIG-welded with precision, right here in the USA.
This kit includes complete axles, tie rods, and all necessary hardware. However, for optimal performance, we strongly recommend upgrading your springs or shocks. While the factory shocks are compatible, the full potential of the kit won't be realized without addressing your shock setup.
Our lower shock mount design was engineered for comfort and feel in the steering wheel, while achieving the best possible ride.
Every kit is expertly hand TIG welded to ensure unmatched strength, precision, and attention to detail. Including, double pass welds on all critical points.
Includes high-performance Delrin bushings for long-lasting durability and smooth, quiet operation under harsh conditions, with thousands of race tested miles. Grooved to disperse the grease between the bushings & the crush sleeves.
Maintenance is made easy with grease zerks pre-installed on all A-arms, ensuring consistent performance and longer component life.
Components are laser cut from steel that’s 30% stronger than 4130 Chromoly, delivering superior strength without unnecessary weight. While all machined components are constructed out of 4130 Chromoly.
Designed to be 100% bolt-on with no modifications required — utilizes your Polaris Xpediton factory mounting points for a clean, straight forward install.
Fits all Polaris Xpedition models. This kit is 100% with factory oem shocks. However a spring kit upgrade or shock upgrade is highly recommended.
