Polaris RZR Pro R / Pro S / Turbo R Race Series 7075 XD High Clearance Radius Rod Set

The DRT Motorsports Pro R / Turbo R Billet Aluminum  7075 Race Series High Clearance Radius Rod Set is built for the extreme demands of racing applications. The DRT Motorsports Pro R / Pro S / Turbo R Billet Aluminum 7075 Race Series High Clearance Radius Rod Set are designed to obtain maximum clearance, reduce weight, increase in maximum strength, and add adjustability to your radius rods in a stylish package. The advantages of 7075 include increased flexibility and memory which drastically improve this component's durability and keep you running hard. These rods are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC equipment of 7 series, 7075,aerospace grade aluminum.  Lower High Clearance rods feature a press fit wide ¾”spherical bearing with stainless steel spiral locking rings that secure the rod to the chassis side of the vehicle. On the hub side we use ¾” chromoly steel Teflon lined rod ends, which allows you to dial in the correct length and keeps axles in the correct operational limits.  Upper rods feature the same ¾” rod ends as the lowers but in a right/left setup making them fully adjustable and provide for quick camber adjustability.   We only use premium 303 stainless steel misalignment spacers for corrosion resistance and a long life.

Verify jam nuts are tight and installed with thread locker. The use of paint check to visually verify movement is recommended. Jam nuts should be inspected before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure.
