This front fender intake mesh kit helps shield the intake openings on 2025+ Polaris RZR Pro XP, Pro S, and Pro R models while keeping airflow moving through the fresh air duct system. It adds practical coverage in a high-exposure area and gives the front fenders a more detailed finished look at the same time. The result is a cleaner setup that fits the machine without looking out of place.

Each kit is precision machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in black E-coat with machined contrast details. Black-coated stainless-steel hardware is included for installation, and the panels can also be painted or powder coated to better match your build. The design is built to protect a vulnerable intake area while adding a factory-style custom finish to the front fenders.
