Polaris RZR XP 1000 / Turbo / Xpedition DIY Gen 2 Bulletproof Front Diff Kit

Our kits are designed to handle extreme abuse and heat. After years of R&D we’ve been able to create the most durable, highest heat-rated seal on the market. Designed to precisely fit your machine, these seals will keep your bearings and gears clean by keeping contamination out.

These upgraded parts will strengthen your UTV’s Front Diff and prevent failures. This kit eliminates all of the plastic in a RZR’s front diff and replaces it with Billet and Chromoly parts.

NOTES

Rollers and H Clips are not included with this kit. These components rarely fail and and should be reused with your rebuild.
