This Stage 5 system replaces the factory exhaust with a full 304 stainless steel setup built to improve exhaust flow, throttle response, horsepower, and torque.
Trinity Racing builds this system with 304 brushed stainless steel head pipes, mid pipes, and dual brushed stainless steel mufflers for better durability and corrosion resistance than the standard aluminum muffler version. It also features TIG welded construction, billet muffler clamps, billet machined tips, an oxygen sensor bung, and USFS approved spark arrestors. Trinity Racing notes this full system requires a Trinity Racing flash tune and will not fit 2024 RZR XP 1000 models.
