This steering rack stabilizer is built to protect the OEM steering rack by relocating and intercepting the tie rod, helping absorb the hard hits that usually get transferred straight into the factory rack.
Sandcraft built this setup for serious 72 inch X3 owners who push their machines through rocks, desert, dunes, and rough trail sections. The kit includes a complete 7075 billet housing, stainless steel rod with wiper seals, driver and passenger billet clevis brackets, billet tie rods with FK 4130 chromoly heims, and all mounting hardware needed for installation. It is designed for stock 72 inch applications with OEM steering rack and suspension only.
