This race duty CVT belt is built for aggressive riders who land on the throttle, hit hard launches, run rough terrain, and need extreme shock load resistance from their belt.

The Race Series belt uses a larger Kevlar cord with a custom braid pattern that acts like a built in shock absorber under violent load. Trinity also uses an advanced vulcanization process and a custom blend of premium high modulus compounds to bond the belt layers around the cord for maximum strength. It is engineered for race applications up to 600 horsepower and built to reduce snapping, delamination, and cord pop out under extreme clutch squeeze pressure.
