VEHICLE FITMENT
Polaris Ranger XP 1000 (2021–2025)
For HVAC models, the rear muffler HAS to be modified to clear radius plate. This
requires cutting the muffler from exhaust, rotating up, and rewelding. If you do not
want to cut and weld on exhaust, an aftermarket exhaust is required.
If running RZR XP shocks, the front upper mounts on the frame will need to be ground
for clearance.
Because of the radius rod plate that is added, the factory hitch can only be used if you
redrill receiver to accept a vertical pin instead of the factory horizontal pin.
