Polaris RZR XP 1000 / Turbo / Turbo S 2-Seat Aluminum Doors

Developed using 3D Scanning, 3D Cad, and CNC Manufacturing all in the USA. Moto Armor doors offer the best in design and function by replacing everything except the stock latches. This allowed the hinge point to be moved back for a cleaner look while providing easy entry and exit.   Door skins and frames are .090” thick aluminum which is the thickest in the industry. Mounting and hinge parts are made out 3/16” thick steel for strength and durability. Hinge bolt is ½” Diameter and bearings are oil impregnated so they don’t need to be oiled and they won’t cease up.
