Polaris RZR XP (2026) Long Travel Suspension Kit

Give your 2026 Polaris RZR XP a wider, more stable stance with the L&W Fab Long Travel Suspension Kit. This bolt-on system adds 4 inches to each side, expanding your machine to 72 inches wide with stock offset wheels—no drilling required. The kit features 1.75-inch forward offset front A-arms constructed from 1.5-inch DOM tubing with high clearance design. Both front and rear maintain factory shock locations while allowing you to use factory A-arm bushings and ball joints. High-clearance billet aluminum radius rods with adjustable uppers and steel HD trailing arms complete the suspension geometry. Included components: adjustable upper and lower front A-arms, tie rods with L&W HD rebuild-able inner joints, high-clearance steel trailing arms, billet aluminum radius rods, rear sway bar links, and extended front passenger brake line. Powder-coated steel parts arrive ready to install. Requires 15-inch wheels or a 1-inch wheel spacer. Kit does not include axles. Additional powder coating available for radius rods.

• Comes with everything needed except axles.
