Built to eliminate the weak plastic OEM internals, this kit gives XP Turbo owners a stronger front diff setup designed for extreme 4WD use, hard launches, dunes, trails, and aggressive off road driving.

This Sandcraft Motorsports DIY rebuild kit includes a front differential bearing and seal kit, 12 tooth pre heated 4130 steel Sprague cage, 12 tooth 4130 steel armature plate, billet torsion spring retainer, upgraded bearings and seals with solid gear pin, and tall rollers. The upgraded steel internals are designed to improve engagement surface area while in 4WD and add serious durability to one of the most failure prone parts of the Polaris RZR drivetrain.
