Our Polaris Xpedition Bed Tray is an excellent way to increase your machine’s cargo capacity. Compatible with both the Polaris Xpedition XP and ADV models, this tray effectively doubles your available storage space. It’s designed to bolt directly onto the side of your bed using the factory aluminum bed rails. The side brackets can be installed in either a low or high position—offering a little over 11" of clearance underneath in the low setting, or approximately 15.5" in the high setting. Select option below if you want the bed mat along with packout mounts.
The side brackets mount to the bed using our custom nuts, which insert into the factory aluminum bed rails. Each bracket is CNC laser cut from 10-gauge steel, CNC bent, and powder-coated black for durability. The tray itself is CNC laser cut and formed from .125" thick aluminum and bolts securely to the side brackets. For added strength, three welded braces reinforce the underside of the tray. It also features multiple tie-down points, compatible with standard small ratchet straps or bungee cords. Every component is powder-coated black for long-lasting use, and all hardware is included.
We have now added a Terick Solutions Tray Mat that fits perfect in our drawer. This mat is very heavy duty and is almost 3/8" thick. This mat fits in the Tray and does not come with the holes for the packout mounts. If you order the packout mounts you will need to cut the holes in the mat for the packouts. The Mat will offer the same milling pattern as the floor mats from Terick Solutions and they look great together.
